Feel at home in our brand-new, high-quality furnished flat in a fantastic location with a view of the Kauner Grat!The flat has two cosy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a living room with alpine charm, with a fully equipped kitchen including a wood-burning cooker that can be used for warmth and cosiness.Two terraces - one covered with dining area & barbecue, the other with sun loungers & private outdoor sauna - invite you to relax.Make your relaxation perfect! In my in-house massage practice you can treat yourself to a soothing massage and enjoy even more well-being!Two covered car parks (carport) and a charging station for electric cars are available for you.Our flat offers everything you need for a relaxing and active holiday amidst the impressive mountains of the Kaunergrat Nature Park.If you are sporty, you will find a wide range of possibilities with us: wonderful hiking and biking routes, varied ski areas in the surrounding area - including the well-known "ski" destination SERFAUS-FISS-LADIS - as well as the "snow-sure" KAUNERTALER GLETSCHER. Everyone gets their money's worth here, whether you're a leisure holidaymaker or an active sports enthusiast.In summer there is the Summer Card for you with many free mountain railways & leisure activities!!!
