In the green Heinrich-Heine-Park, in the exclusive part of the Baltic seaside resort of Binz in the Villa "Augustine", the 5-star classified luxury holiday flat "Beach Cloud" has been created.The stylish and modern furnished relaxation oasis has been built on the 3rd floor, on an area of almost 85m². In the lovingly decorated flat you will feel completely at home, in the living room with a large flat screen TV, a comfortable couch and of course for the warm atmosphere, the fireplace should not be missing. The bedroom with its comfortable bed offers complete relaxation with a view of the TV. For additional relaxation, the infrared cabin built into the bedroom provides the finishing touch. The large en suite bathroom is the final piece of the cake with a rain shower, washbasin, toilet and spacious sauna. Three modern villas have been built on a green area of around 6,000 square metres and are known for their pure relaxation. With their own heated swimming pool and private underground car park, the complete feel-good holiday is pre-programmed.An exclusive and luxuriously furnished 2-room flat has been created in the villa "Augustine" on the 3rd floor.Beach CloudWith a total area of around 85 square metres and a 180° wrap-around balcony, up to 2 people can feel completely at home. When you arrive in the underground car park, you can park your car in the reserved parking space and take the lift to the flat on the third floor.Entrance areaArriving on the third floor of Villa Augustine in Binz, the luxury Beach Cloud apartment awaits us. The small but nice entrance area has space for shoes and jackets as well as a small wardrobe for storing clothes. The entrance area also has an infrared cabin with space for 2 people.The living roomIn the living room you will find a modern blue designer sofa with footrest, a table with a view of the Samsung Smart TV. The special feature of the living room is the wood-burning fireplace, which creates a very special atmosphere in the cold season.Kitchen with small dining areaIn the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking on holiday on Rügen. Starting with an induction hob with extractor bonnet, oven with various functions, a Miele fully automatic coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The glass table with two chairs is extendable and offers a view of the TV or the fireplace.Bedroom With its comfortable designer box-spring bed, the bedroom offers the perfect night's sleep on holiday on Rügen. The entire bedroom can be completely darkened and has direct access to the bathroom.BathroomThe large en suite bathroom is the last piece of the cake with a rain shower, washbasin, toilet and spacious sauna. 180 degree panoramic terraceThe special thing about our luxury holiday apartment is the panoramic terrace to enjoy the beautiful time, it also offers plenty of space for your dog to relax on holiday. Whether in the morning or in the evening you can enjoy every ray of sunshine as you can move with the sun. There is a table with chairs, a sunshade, two deckchairs and a beach chair on the terrace.Construction work in Putbuser StraßeIn Putbuser Straße, directly opposite Villa Augustine in Heinrich-Heine-Garten, a new building is currently being constructed in a gap on the other side of the street.The construction work is progressing well, so that the roof truss will already be erected in November 2022. However, we do not have a precise construction schedule. We are therefore currently unable to make a binding statement about the remaining construction period.However, it is realistic to assume that the work that could lead to noise pollution will be largely completed by spring 2023. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that there will be some disruption due to the construction work.The Paradise Cloud and Beach Cloud have very good windows that ensure excellent sound insulation when closed.Should there be any noise disturbance, we offer our guests a discount of 10 to 20% on the accommodation price for all bookings, even retrospectively, in order to compensate for any restrictions on an untroubled holiday experience. A short video as proof is completely sufficient for us. The amount of the discount depends on the degree of annoyance.We assume that the Baltic Cloud should not currently be affected. If this should be the case, we ask our guests to contact us directly in order to find a solution together.One guest told us the following about the situation: If you would like to spend your holiday in a beautiful environment/modern building, construction activities for new buildings cannot be ruled out.Thank you for your understanding.
