The Chesa Sela is a beautiful, historic Engadine house (1641). It is located in the middle of the traffic-calmed old village centre of Silvaplana. Shops, restaurants and a multi-storey car park are in the immediate vicinity, the local bus stop is practically on the doorstep and the Engadine bus stop is a two-minute walk away. The original interior has been largely retained, but the old has been combined with the new with the necessary restraint. The 6 ½ rooms are spread over two floors. The house has a spacious entrance with a hall two storeys high. The beautiful, old stüva (parlour or living room) with an old stove is typical of the area and invites you to eat, linger and socialise.
