It can accommodate 12 adults and 2 children in an umbrella bed.Enjoy an aperitif with a view of the sea, jump in the pool or relax in the warm bubbles of the SPA.On the ground floor, there is a large living room with open-plan kitchen and 2 master suites with 160x200 beds, private shower room and 2 WCs.The first floor comprises a bedroom with 1 single bed and 2 twin beds 90x200 (either a king-size bed and a single bed or 3 single beds), a bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, a large mezzanine (sofa convertible into a 160cm bed), a terrace with sea views and a lounge, a large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and a toilet.The house faces south and west, so you can enjoy the sun all day long until sunset.What's more, the house has a host of leisure facilities at your disposal: you can launch one of the kayaks in the small harbour in front of the house, or use the bikes, and children can enjoy the play area.Outside, there are several terraces, including one with a 6-seater 37-degree jacuzzi heated all year round, barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture.There is also a children's play area with swing, slide, tree house and climbing wall.The landscaped garden of 1,000 m2 is enclosed by an automatic gate and offers parking spaces and an enclosed area for pets.Childcare accessories, bicycles and kayaks are available on request.
