Please write to me directly after your booking so that I can give you further details.This bright, 51 m2 loft flat in a very quiet location in a house with four residential units is the ideal starting point for your stay in the Ruhr area and is suitable for holidaymakers, business people and, if booked early, also for students who have to spend a semester in another city. The original layout of the flat has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower. The sleeping area has a double bed 1.8 m x 2.0 m with a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The cosy living area is equipped with cable TV and WLAN. The dining area is directly adjacent to the fitted kitchen. Due to the above-mentioned equipment, the flat is also suitable for longer stays. we are regular holiday apartment bookers ourselves and have therefore endeavoured to provide everything in the flat on offer that we have missed in booked holiday apartments. Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided. Coffee, tea and mineral water are available to guests as a first supply. A free car parking space belongs to the flat. The inventory includes a laptop with black and white laser printer. The holiday flat may only be used by the specified number of people. Consideration for other neighbours, especially after 10 pm. No parties. The tenant must treat the flat and the inventory contained therein with care. Any damage caused by the tenant must be reported and, if necessary, reimbursed. liability for damage or loss of items brought along is excluded. a small manual for use is available.
