Opposite the flat is the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social Sciences and Economics) of the Karl-Franzens University. For families with two children there is a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a bakery with a small coffee house in the building. The nearest public transport is a two-minute walk away. The University of the Arts, the University of Music, the city park or the Hilmteich/Leechwald recreational area can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the state hospital, the technical university and Graz city centre in 15 minutes.Contactless check-in Instead of keys, there is a combination lock so that nobody has to worry about losing the flat keys. We can therefore check in and out at any time of day or night. The "yellow" flat is on the ground floor, the windows are barred and the flat can be reached via two steps at the house entrance.
