The flat is in a quiet yet very central location in Grafing in Upper Bavaria. It is lovingly and cosily furnished and has its own entrance, giving you more privacy. In the living room there is a large, comfortable couch that can be pulled out into a spacious sofa bed for two people. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe and a desk. There is also access to the balcony. The fitted kitchen is completely furnished and fully equipped. The flat even has a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom with window has a shower and is equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries. Please note that the holiday flat is ideally suited for 2 people. An occupancy up to 4 persons is only possible in short exceptional cases (max. 3 nights).The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and invites you to enjoy a relaxing view of the large garden. You can park either in the cul-de-sac or 50 metres away, where there is ample parking space.We will be happy to give you tips for the many excursion destinations. Various maps and city plans are available. The landlords speak English. Pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking flat. There are also a number of beautiful natural swimming lakes in the neighbourhood. The local history museum or the forest museum and observation tower in neighbouring Ebersberg are also well worth a visit. The region offers hiking and nature lovers many opportunities for a wide range of activities. The town is an ideal starting point for cycling tours. A now well-developed network of cycle paths in and around Grafing and throughout the entire region east of Munich is ideal for short and longer tours. Motorcyclists also get their money's worth in the beautiful Alpine foothills. Day trips to the nearby Alpine region, to the "Bavarian Sea", Lake Chiemsee, for mountain hiking, skiing or to the many sights in south-east Bavaria are just a stone's throw away from Grafing. The good road and rail connections as well as the S-Bahn connection to Munich also make Grafing an attractive starting point for visiting the Oktoberfest, for sightseeing tours or for shopping in Munich, Rosenheim, Kufstein or Salzburg.
