The flat is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building (completion 2023) directly on the beautiful and well-kept beach "Spiaggia d'Argento", separated only by the road and a promenade with palm trees, oleanders and a cycle path.The flat is 40 square metres and offers enough space for 2 persons and 1 child (from 10 years). The flat is of course also suitable for a small dog (up to 30 cm). Children from 1-9 years are unfortunately not allowed in this flat.- A new fully equipped eat-in kitchen with marble worktop, sofa bed, Smart TV (Waipu with German channels). From here you have access to the balcony with an unobstructed marvellous view of the sea. A table with chairs and 2 sun loungers as well as 2 electrically controlled awnings and outdoor lighting are at your disposal. The room has air conditioning and electrically controlled blinds.- Bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, illuminated mirror, towel dryer, hairdryer, washing machine and natural light.- Changing room with illuminated wardrobe, chest of drawers with large mirror and access to a small balcony with a side view of the sea. The room has air conditioning and electrically controlled blinds.- Bedroom with a box spring bed 180x200 and access to a small balcony with a side view of the sea. The room has air conditioning and electrically controlled blinds.- A parking space in the closed underground car park (has an electrically controlled roller shutter) is at your disposal. Please park your car only in the car park belonging to the flat. This is marked with a metal Berlin bear which is attached to the wall. You can only park your bicycles here. Small dogs are sometimes allowed on the beach. If you want to hire a parasol on the beach, it is best to speak to the parasol hire company on site. If necessary, please also ask whether dogs are allowed.Dog beaches can be found in Martinsicuro (Bau Beach) on the free beach.We recommend that you book a table in advance when visiting a restaurant, especially in the high seasonFrom 15 June to 30 September, parking spaces on the beach promenades are subject to a charge. Failure to pay may result in substantial fines.Due to government regulations, we are obliged to take your personal details on arrival, i.e. we need a valid ID. We will then forward this data to the police headquarters.The flat is located on the lively 2.8 km. long beach promenade of Alba Adriatica. The beach is practically on the doorstep, separated only by the road and the promenade. Many restaurants, cafés, ice-cream parlours, small shops and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot. The promenade merges into the 4 km. long promenade of Tortoreto Lido. Here you will also find plenty of restaurants, ice cream parlours and all kinds of shops.In summer there are plenty of events for young and old, both on the promenade and on the beach and in the beach chalets.You can start all kinds of activities from here, such as- Excursion to the mountains of the Gran Sasso with its Parco Nazionale (approx. 50 km. away), or the plateau of Campo Imperatore (approx. 80 km. away), where you can buy the best small meat skewers (called arrosticini) and grill them on the spot (grill grates are on site). Not to forget the strong Pecorino cheese.- Excursion to the ancient Roman town of Ascoli Piceno with its medieval Piazza del Popolo and the famous Cafe`Meletti. ( approx. 40 km away )- Excursion to the Grotte di Frasassi ( 150 km. away )- Bathing paradise Onda Blu in Tortoreto Lido, shuttle bus stops right outside the front door.On Mondays there is a weekly market in Alba Adriatica on the Piazza del Popolo. (approx. 4 km away).The Val Vibrata shopping centre invites you to go shopping (approx. 8 km away).
