Our 4* holiday home is located in a small bungalow settlement in the climatic health resort of Erlbach-Eubabrunn in a beautiful, wooded area with guaranteed snow in winter. With 50 square metres of living space, it is ideal for families and guests of up to 4 people. Extra beds for 1 person are possible. Since this year our house is certified as a family-friendly accommodation. Shopping service before arrival, as well as cleaning service during your stay is possible.Erlbach offers a lot in summer and winter: well-marked hiking trails, a beautiful open-air museum, riding stables,5 restaurants, shopping facilities in the village.In winter a great skiing area: perfectly groomed pistes of all levels of difficulty with lifts, groomed cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs. As a service for our winter holidaymakers, there is an electric boot dryer in the next room. The bright, friendly bathroom is equipped with a massage shower and a towel radiator. Hairdryer, towels and bathrobes are provided.The entire house is heated all year round with underfloor heating (ecological heat pump). A fire can be lit in the fireplace for cosy hours, wood is included.
