The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 metres) and one with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 metres). The eat-in kitchen with a view of the orchard is fully equipped. There is a cooker/oven with extractor bonnet, a dishwasher, microwave, a large fridge, as well as plenty of crockery and pots, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender. In the living area there is a 32" LCD TV, DVD player and a stereo system as well as a wood-burning stove, which provides cosiness and pleasant warmth on cold days. There is also a washing machine in the shower room with washbasin and a 1.20 x 0.80 metre shower tray and toilet.
