The shopping street Corso Matteotti is just a few steps from the house, as are the Casino, the Ariston theatre, Piazza Colombo, the Russian Orthodox Church, and all the conveniences for spending a relaxing holiday with everything at hand. The house has been recently renovated and has all the installations in accordance with the law, with safe, armoured door, fire extinguisher, washing machine, gas leak detector.
