The farmhouse Poggio del Fabbro is located in San Pietro a Dame, a hamlet of the municipality of Cortona in the mountains of Cortona, 20km from the city, in a quiet and isolated position in the green mountains at an altitude of 700m above sea level on the border between Tuscany and Umbria.It is in the centre of a farm of about 65ha mainly composed of woods but also cultivated land.The farm's main products in addition to wood are: wine, oil, cereals, chestnuts, a small herd of sheep and farmyard animals (poultry and rabbits).It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday away from the chaotic city noise.The farmhouse is located in a house dating back to about the end of the 19th century, renovated in 2011 while maintaining the original features.The house is about 90 sq m on 3 levels, where on the ground floor we find the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, fridge with small freezer, toaster etc......., the living room with table, sofa bed, closed fireplace and satellite TV.On the first floor there is a double room, a single room and a bathroom with shower.on the second floor there is a double room, a single room which can be transformed into a double room if necessary, and a bathroom with shower.outside there is a 1000sqm fenced garden with a private swimming pool, barbecue, gazebo, sunbeds and some games for children.the last 1500metres of road for access to the house are not asphalted.
