With a total size of 44 m2, this room offers enough space for everyone and a wonderful view of the garden.In the spectacular garden there is a large pool measuring 5 x 10 metres (air conditioning is available for a fee). The subtropical garden is home to many species of birds and creates a charming atmosphere. There are lawns, a large terrace, tropical palm trees, birds and a variety of flowers.The garage has space for two cars, and it can also be parked in front of the house.On the upper floor of the house, a terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Teide, the Orotava Valley and the vast Atlantic Ocean.
