From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the sea and the Aeolian Islands and from the swimming pool it is even better: you'll feel like you can "touch the sea"!The terrace is provided with outdoor table and chairs perfect for your outdoor meals. The owner lives in the other half of the house, the swimming pool area is therefore shared. However, the apartment has its own separate entrance and a private section of garden, so plenty of privacy is ensured.
