House Sunflower is a lovely flat located on the first floor of a small building with a total of four floors. The flat consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a dining area, a bathroom and a double bedroom with an additional sofa bed. From the living room and the bedroom there is access to a balcony equipped with a table, chairs and a sofa. In addition to its excellent location about 300m from the beach, the flat has every comfort such as air conditioning and WI-Fi.In a few minutes you reach Arenzano's historic centre with shops and clubs, and the elegant seaside promenade. The town has a mild climate all year round and has increased its fame as a tourist resort thanks to its beaches, the marina sheltered by Capo San Martino, the famous pine forest, parks and sports facilities. The cliffs offer rocky ravines where you can dive to admire the Posidonia meadows; the first underwater gymnasium in Italy was opened here in 2008.Behind the village is the Beigua Park, on the Ligurian Apennine mountains cloaked in typical Mediterranean scrub alternating with rocky gullies, where nature trails wind their way over a breathtaking panorama.
