Outside this property, you can relax in the garden contemplating the views, sunbathing on the sun loungers, reading a book under the parasol or cooling off in the 6 x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.60cm to 1.40m. Additionally, for those looking for active entertainment, a ping pong table is available in the outdoor recreation area. It also has a large porch, a terrace with mountain views, a barbecue area and a plot of land with fruit trees to explore and enjoy.
The interior of the house has 140m2 distributed on a single floor and consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, utility room and 3 bathrooms. In a unique space you will find the spacious living room, fully furnished and equipped, the kitchen with all the appliances and utensils necessary to cook comfortably, and the dining area, furnished with table and chairs. It has a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two have 2 single beds each. For the youngest members of the family, they have a crib and a high chair at their disposal. There are 2 more bathrooms equipped with a shower.
This beautiful house located ten kilometers from the city of Manacor, known for its pearl factory and numerous quality furniture stores. In the center you can not only go shopping, but also try typical Majorcan food in one of the excellent restaurants. If you like walking, you can walk along the so-called via verda, where the train tracks once ran to the town of Artí. Today, it is a charming path widely traveled by cyclists and hikers.
The eastern Mallorcan coast is full of wonderful beaches and is about a twenty minute drive away. In Porto Cristo you will not only find a beautiful sandy beach, but also a port, restaurants and the famous Cuevas del Drach. These caves will surprise you with their stalagmites, stalactites and the long underground, the so-called Llac Mantel. Cala Millor is ideal for having a drink at night or to go to the safari zoo, where children will especially enjoy. Cala Magrana, Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica, S'Illot and Cales de Mallorca are just some examples of fine sand beaches in the east. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
