A fresh and well-planned holiday home in a quiet cottage area near the sea and with scenic surroundings. The cottage is the last house in the row, surrounded by greenery and with a view of meadows and the coast at Skrea beach. It is a short walk to the beach. All the way along the beautiful stretch of coast there are nice cycle paths into Falkenberg. To the south there is a beautiful nature reserve and more bathing spots. An excellent choice for the smaller family. The cabin's entrance is from the glazed conservatory. There is spacious seating and a barbecue. In the cottage there is a dining room for both party games and meals. The kitchen is well equipped, open to the living room which has a sofa bed (120 cm) and a TV with Swedish channels. The bathroom has a shower. In the bedroom there are two single beds. The adjacent annex has a bunk bed. The spacious plot has room for all the family's activities. You can get to the summer town of Falkenberg on nice cycle paths, by bus or with just a short drive. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The fine, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. In the southern part there is a beautiful nature reserve with walking paths in the undulating dunes. Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating. There are several golf courses nearby. The closest is Falkenberg's fine golf club. For those interested in fishing, the opportunity is available both in Suseån, in Ätran and in the sea. A fishing license is required in Ätran and Suseån.

The outdoor seating area was a wonderful touch, We spent our evenings outside enjoying the fresh air, The kitchen was handy for late-night snacks too!
Stillegående og comfortabel verblijf met alle de essentiëlen, Genoten van het buitenterras, perfect voor een kopje koffie in de zon,
Had een heerlijke tijd hier! Het huis was schoon en gezellig, Ik waardeerde de gratis parkeerplaats, wat het makkelijker maakte, Het enige nadeel was het gebrek aan nabijgelegen eetgelegenheden, maar we vonden enkele geweldige plekken op korte rijafstand, Zou het zeker aanbevelen voor een ontspannen gezinsreis,
Het uitzicht op de tuin was heerlijk, en we vonden het huis zeer goed onderhouden, Het was ruim genoeg voor onze groep en bood een vredige retraite,
De indeling van het huis was perfect voor onze familie, We waardeerden het om een aparte slaapkamer te hebben en de woonkamer was echt ruim, Zeker aanbevelenswaardig!
This holiday home in Falkenberg is a whole vibe, Super spacious for a squad of 5, and the garden is perf for chill hangouts, Kitchen's got everything you need, no cap, Close to Skrea Beach for those sunset pics, Would def recommend for a low-key getaway!
