Through the large window front you can enjoy a beautiful view of the greenery and the almost secluded south-west facing terrace of approx. 24 square metres.- From bedroom 1 you step directly onto the terrace in the morning. Soak up the peace and nature. The 180x200cm double bed at a comfortable height and the darkening through the external blinds contribute to a peaceful night's sleep. You will also find ample wardrobe space, a small workstation, armchair and stereo system. An iron, ironing board etc. are also available here if you need them!- Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable night's sleep in the natural wood bunk bed and plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and display cabinet, plus space to play and a small reading corner if you want to retreat. Here, too, you will find an external blind to darken the room at night.- The bathroom with an almost floor-level shower is well equipped and offers plenty of storage space. There is also a washing machine for small laundry items.- The separate kitchen is small but nice, equipped with 1 fixed and 1 mobile induction hob, dishwasher and numerous kitchen appliances (including Senseo coffee maker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand mixer and blender), so that you are sure to succeed in preparing great meals.- Linen packs: Bed linen pack: sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover. Towel pack: 1 large shower towel, 2 hand towels, 1 shower mat and 1 tea towel.Terrace- 24 square metres facing south-west- with a beach chair- two loungers- 4 chairs and a round table, which can easily be stored in the small garden shed.- On cold days, sheepskins and fleece blankets provide cosy warmth.- There is a barbecue and 1 mobile induction hob for cosy meals on the terrace.SUSTAINABILITY: In Friedrichskoog there is an obligation to separate waste. On arrival, we will provide you with separate bags for organic waste and recycling waste.
