We would like to offer you a temporary home where you can feel at home with your family.Cosiness for you and your 2 and 4-legged family members is very important to us. The house is only about 250 metres from the main beach. This is guarded by the DLRG during the summer months.Let's start with a little tour:As you enter the house, the small but well-stocked kitchen is to the left of the entrance area. The guest WC is on the right-hand side. The open-plan, spacious living and dining area follows. The dining area has a cosy, spacious table. Here you can not only eat, but also play a game of Mensch ärger dich nicht or cards. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed where an additional person can sleep if required. Here you will find a modern flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a Blueray player with Bluetooth. In the cupboards you will find numerous board games in case the weather isn't playing along. There is a cosy wood-burning stove here for the winter.On the upper floor to the left is the larger bedroom with a double bed and spacious wardrobe. A baby travel cot can also be set up here if required. On the right-hand side is the small bedroom, furnished with two single beds. This room also has a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. Between the two rooms is the small shower room. From all three rooms on the upper floor you have a great view over Friedrichskoog-Spitze. All rooms have daylight. If you have any questions about our house, please do not hesitate to contact us.It is not a luxury domicile, but a cosy little house for the whole family.From the living room you can also access the terrace and the small garden. There is a barbecue on the terrace and garden seating is also available. We have installed a small washing area on the wall of the house so that you can wash the mud from your clothes and/or pets if necessary. The house also has free parking directly in front of the door, as well as a large garden plot. The open garden has a small playground area and a large meadow, which is ideal for playing football and running around. Of course, you can also just make yourself comfortable here. This part is shared by 8 parties.Every 2- and 4-legged friend is welcome here. We have no breed lists or prejudices against any population groups. We don't have an upper limit for dogs either.Souvenir shops, bike hire, ice cream parlours, snack bars and restaurants, mini golf, as well as the tourist information office and the Haus des Kurgastes are all within walking distance. The seal station and the old harbour are located in Friedrichskoog Ort. There are two supermarkets, as well as other restaurants and cafés.ATTENTION:From spring 2024, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be raised and there will be impairments in the beach area.
