The flat with a partial view of the Black Sea is located on the southern part of the holiday paradise of Sunny Beach, just 200 metres from the famous Cacao Beach. This part of the beach is rarely crowded, but is home to every amenity from sun loungers to cosy beach bars, massage services, a pirate ship and water sports activities. The immediate vicinity of the Hadiviska River and the holiday residence of the Bulgarian Council of Ministers underlines the exclusive location of this holiday domicile.The flat also has a balcony with sea view and the complex has a swimming pool with free sun loungers. A free car park is also available.The flat consists of a bedroom with double bed and a living & dining room with sea view and pull-out sofa bed and cable TV. There is also a large kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to prepare meals. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC. You enter the flat through a hallway. The flat is air-conditioned.The holiday complex is separated from the beach by a protected original green area with adjoining sand dunes. The footpath along this beautiful protected area to the beach, which is 200 metres away, is 600 metres. Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, the sunniest seaside resort in Bulgaria, the name alone promises a totally relaxing beach holiday. The white, wide Sunny Beach stretches almost endlessly. With six kilometres of sandy beach and often 150 metres wide, it is the largest beach in Bulgaria. In the background are the houses of the Nessebar peninsula - a UNESCO World Heritage Site - easily accessible on foot, by boat or bus, with an old town dating back to the 5th century BC. On the north coast of the old town are the remains of the ancient Hellenic wall from the V - III century B.C. The bathing season begins in June and sometimes lasts until autumn, with water temperatures of up to 26 degrees in midsummer. In the surrounding area there are the following distances, the beach 600m, restaurant/cafes 20 m, supermarket 20 m, bus stop 50 m, central bus station one km, disco/bars/clubs 500 m, casino 350 m, Aqua Park, 2.5 km and the airport Burgas 30 km.
