Tastefully furnished bedroom/dressing room (fold-out divan [cot on request]), comfortable double bed, reading corner, living room with cooking facilities. Bathroom with shower & WC. Anteroom, ample storage space, separate flat entrance. Indoor balcony, sunbathing lawn and barbecue area. Necessary household utensils available - towels included. Internet access possible in the guesthouse. Relax - far away from the hustle and bustle & stress at the border triangle. The picturesque high forest landscape invites you to (snowshoe) hiking, sledging and skiing. The flat is practically right at the entrance to the cross-country ski trail. Enjoy the peace and quiet as well as the advantage of local amenities - Gasthof Strohmaier (excellent cuisine) - and Edeka Landshuter within 3 minutes walking distance. The village has a natural swimming lake and a pub. Our hiking and cycling trails are able to give our guests new energy. Take advantage of the numerous excursion destinations in our region: whether the Vltava reservoir in the Czech Republic or the Bavarian Forest National Park.
