The flat Casa Teide is located in the complex Parque Santiago I. The complex Parque Santiago I is situated in the quietest and sunniest area of Playa de las Americas, the holiday paradise in the south of Tenerife. Directly on the so-called 'goldenen Meile'. This flat is located directly on the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas, in a very central location, but still in a quiet residential area in what is probably the most popular holiday complex in the south of Tenerife. The complex has a large pool with very well-kept and beautifully landscaped gardens. There is also a children's pool, a pool bar and a cafeteria where you can also have a snack in between meals.within the complex there are bars, restaurants, a pool shop and several hairdressing salons.nevertheless, the location is relatively quiet.enjoy the well-kept surroundings on a walk along the beach promenade, which is several kilometres long, and stroll past the most beautiful boutiques and shops. You will find some of the island's trendiest restaurants in the neighbourhood. You can walk to the fishing and ferry harbour of Los Cristianos along the promenade in around 10 minutes. The complex is one of the best places in Tenerife for a beach and bathing holiday and all golf courses can be reached within a few minutes by car. The nearest golf course is only about 600 metres away (Playa de las Americas Golfcourt) and the largest water park in Europe - the Siam Park - is only a few minutes away by car, as are the Aqua Park, the Jungle Park and the Parque Las Aguilas (an eagle park above Chayofa).The Casa Teide flat is located in the very well-maintained Parque Santiago 1 complex right by the sea and the beautiful beach of Las Americas. The pool is heated in winter and is just a few steps from the flat. All shops, restaurants, hairdressing salons, banks and cash machines are within easy walking distance. Also within the complex there is a supermarket and some shops, car hire, restaurants. The property has two bedrooms. The highlight is the large terrace with sun loungers and seating area as well as a small private garden. The cosy living area has a living room sofa and a dining room corner, which is directly adjacent to the kitchen. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV with satellite programmes and a small stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board.the flat is ideal for a beach holiday and is also ideal for a long-term holiday. The complex has a very nice pool area. The pool is heated in the winter months. The sun loungers by the pool are available for a fee. There is also a bistro by the pool for snacks and ice creams (for a fee).
