On the first floor, Casale Partemio has four double bedrooms, a small terrace and two bathrooms with shower, offering the right privacy and comfort for each guest.The garden is completely fenced and is an oasis of tranquility of about 6,000 m², enriched by Mediterranean plants and ideal spaces for relaxation. A brick gazebo and a porch, furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners, offer conviviality areas surrounded by nature. The outdoor area also includes a brick barbecue and a mobile one, a play area with a swing for children and a parking lot, making the villa suitable for families and groups of friends.The private saltwater swimming pool is covered with beige PVC and is accessible from different points of the garden. The shape is mainly rectangular and measures 5.35 x 10.60 m, with a depth of 1.20 to 1.40 m. At guests' disposal, inside the pool, two hydromassage jets.The entrance is possible via Roman steps with 5 steps. Lighting is present both inside and outside the pool. The pool will be available to guests from May until the end of September.
