Chalet 10 pers. ski area: .500m Well-equipped traditional chalet in a perfect location for the mountain village of Peisey with its shops and the Peisey - Les Arcs - Paradiski ski area, the lift is approx. 500 m away. The chalet has an open fireplace, a sauna, an outdoor hot tub for 6 people and free WLAN. The typical local stone house from 1880 has been converted into a cosy holiday home with great attention to detail. The interior is spacious and generously designed, the chalet impresses with its special charm and offers a high quality of living. Ecological aspects were also taken into account during the modernisation. Solar panels on the roof provide hot water and the modern pellet central heating system provides cosy warmth. The chalet is located on the edge of the old village, with its picturesque, narrow streets, 17th century church and unspoilt mountain village life, with restaurants, bars, bakery, small supermarket, all approx. 100 - 250 m from the chalet. On the ground floor is the spacious living room, completely redesigned in 2023, with a cosy seating area by the open fireplace, friendly dining area with a large table for 10 people. Also new, modern eat-in kitchen. Spacious sauna area with shower and loungers. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom (each 90 x 200 cm) with its own bathroom and separate WC. There are four further bedrooms on the upper floor: a double room with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom/separate WC. A twin room with 2 single beds (90 x 200). A double room with a double bed (200 x 200 cm), with its own en suite bathroom and separate WC. One twin bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm, entrance height approx. 1.65 m, room height up to 2 m, sloping ceiling). There is another bathroom with shower and a separate WC on this floor. There is also a cosy seating lounge with TV on this floor. A separate area in the lower part of the chalet is not available. The Lonzagne lift, approx. 500 m from the chalet, leads to the heart of the Peisey - Les Arcs - Paradiski ski area and offers access to 425 km of pistes. The seamlessly connected ski area comprises 175 lifts in the areas of Les Arcs and La Plagne. This makes it one of the most attractive and extensive ski areas in the world. The ski season runs from around the beginning of December to the end of April. Peisey is part of the Les Arcs ski area, which opens up limitless possibilities for all ski and snowboard enthusiasts with descents of up to 2,000 metres in altitude, fast freeride and mogul pistes. The spectacular Vanoise Express cable car, which spans the valley, also starts in Peisey-Vallandry. This connects the piste area of Peisey/Les Arcs with La Plagne.
