Ski in / ski out - located directly on the ski piste and at the "Replat" chairlift (approx. 50 m), in the Villaroger/Arc 2000 area. Villaroger is part of the top ski area Les Arcs - Paradiski. This unique chalet has recently been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to a very high standard.Entrance floor: The cosy living and dining room is located on this floor. Relax on the sofas with the large flat screen TV, with Netflix (free). The large table in the dining area comfortably seats 12 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Access to the balcony, separate toilet. There are two twin rooms and one double room on the same floor, one of which has access to the balcony.Ground floor: This floor offers two rooms: one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds and a bunk bed with a small terrace. All beds are 2 metres long: the double beds are 160 x 200 cm, the single beds are 90 x 200 cm and the bunk beds are also 90 x 200 cm. The house comprises two chalet flats: "Farmhouse" extends over the two lower floors. "Perle des Neiges" for up to 15 people is in the upper part of the house, a double room on the entrance floor. Wellness: The Farmhouse has a private outdoor whirlpool (included in the rental price). After a sporty day in the mountains, you can also relax in the sauna; the sauna area is shared with the second flat, as are the ski room and the entrance area/hallway. There are two restaurants close to the chalet. Further restaurants, a small supermarket and a tobacco/press kiosk can be found in the neighbouring village of Ste. Foy Tarantaise, approx. 3 km away. The lively town of Bourg St. Maurice - approx. 13 km from Villaroger - offers a wide range of shopping facilities, pubs, bars/discos and the TGV train station. Villaroger is a real insider tip for ski enthusiasts, away from the hustle and bustle of the big ski resorts: Skiing in one of the world's best ski resorts - living in a "real", rustic mountain village with a correspondingly high quality of life. New from winter 25/26: The new 10-seater express gondola lift takes you from Villaroger up to 2,100 metres in 5 minutes. The Villaroger - Les Arcs - Paradiski ski area offers 425 km of pistes and 175 lifts. The longest black ski run in the Alps leads from the Aiguille Rouge (3,226 metres above sea level) down to Villaroger, covering an altitude difference of around 2,000 metres. You can ski down close to the chalet. The connection to Arc 2000 and onwards to the other ski resorts in the area is possible on easy and intermediate slopes. Villaroger has an excellent reputation as the Mecca of the freeride scene (routes at your own risk; mountain guide recommended). The valley descent to Villaroger is covered with artificial snow. Tip: Villaroger is an excellent starting point for ski safaris in the surrounding areas; the nearest lift access to the Tignes Val d'Isère ski area is in Tignes-Les Brevières, approx. 15 minutes by car / 13 km away. Other interesting ski safari destinations are the family area of Sainte Foy en Tarentaise, approx. 9 km, and the French-Italian ski area of La Rosière - San Bernardo on the Little St Bernard Pass, approx. 13 km.
