The residential complex was renovated in 2016. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is very spacious with two 1/2 rooms, which is ideal for two persons, 70 m2, seating area/garden with view to the beautiful mountain Corvatsch. Living room with a cosy fireplace in the evening. A separate seating group for relaxed conversations . Separate bedroom with double bed. In the living room is a sofa, which is suitable as an "emergency bed". Well-equipped kitchen with large fridge and  freezer compartment, oven and dishwasher are also available. Also available is for our guest a coffee machine with beans. Large bathroom with toilet as well as a bathtub with walking-in shower. Garage space in the underground car park. Washing machine, tumble dryer and sauna in the basement open to all residents and guests. Bus stop and shop approx. 150 m, cross-country trails and footpaths next to the house and within walking distance. 10 minutes to the Furtschellas/Corvatsch. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.   In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.   Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.    Welcome to the Engadin. However, Sils is also the perfect departure point for winter hikes and cross-country ski tours through the wide expanse of the frozen lakes, which trustingly huddle around the Furtschellas. From the Furtschellas, you can get higher still in no time at all – on the Corvatsch, home to the highest summit station in the Eastern Alps (3303m/10,836ft). And from here, 120 kilometres (75 miles) of challenging pistes lead back down into the valley.
