The 2 1/2 room apartment with balcony is located in a chalet. The area is 47 m2. The chalet is located in a very quiet area with a wonderful view of the mountains. In the summer months there is a parking lot directly behind the house. In winter there is a garage in the garage. Pets are not allowed. The whole chalet as well as the studio is very well maintained.
