Estrel - Villa Con Piscina Privada En Can Picafort
In this chalet you will find beautiful places to relax. The private salt pool measures 11 x 5 m, has a depth of 1.45 to 2 m and is perfect for cooling off after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers in the garden. There is a furnished terrace next to the pool to enjoy a tasty barbecue. Children can play in the children's area and adults can play ping-pong. The front porch is perfect for an afternoon snack or glass of wine.
In the house you find a large living room with TV-SAT and Smart TV. The kitchen-dining room is very spacious and offers an induction cooker. On this main floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms with a shower. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another bathroom with shower completes this floor. The bedrooms have a wardrobe and TV-SAT. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair. The laundry room offers a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is air conditioning and radiators throughout the house.
The villa is located in Can Picafort, a town on the coast. The beach is only 280 meters away and all services are very close. The Alcanada golf course is 15.4 km away.
