Inside

The 2.5-room flat (54 m²) is situated on the first floor of the building at Gadahüs 4, which comprises a total of six residential units. In winter, you can ski straight from the slopes right up to the front door; in summer, there is access to a wide range of hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. In the basement of the building, there are the flat’s own ski lockers and lockable storage compartments for storing (winter) sports equipment, as well as a communal laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and washing lines. The flat comes with an underground parking space with direct access to the building (further parking is available outside the building). The five buildings that make up the Gadahüs complex are surrounded by extensive green spaces, which also feature a playground for young children and a barbecue area. Just 200 metres away is the Misanenga-Untermatt 4-seater chairlift, providing central and quick access to the ski area. The Rufalipark (www.rufalipark.ch), offering further sports and leisure facilities – such as an ice rink in winter and tennis courts in summer, a swimming lake, a playground, trampolines, beach volleyball, an indoor play centre, a restaurant, etc. – is also right next door.
