Le Mas de l'Aven, comprising 4 gîtes, is set in very peaceful surroundings in a large garden of over 7000m2 planted with trees. The charming village of Aups is within walking distance of the gîte. Aups has a wide range of shops and restaurants open all year round. The gîte is located 15 km from the Lac de Ste Croix, 30 km from the Gorges du Verdon and close to a number of pretty southern villages with waterfalls, troglodyte houses, tufa cliffs and the most beautiful villages in France. The 60m2 gîte le mûrier offers a large terrace shaded by a pergola, independent of the other gîtes. The living room opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with plenty of storage space. On the same level is a bedroom with a double bed. A second bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. A large swimming pool (10m x 5m) shared around a large decking area with pool house and plenty of sun loungers and parasols.
