There is a sofa bed in the living room with dining area. It has a sleeping area of 2 x 1 metre. The kitchen equipment includes a cooker with oven, a kettle, a filter coffee machine and a toaster. In the bedroom you can relax on the large double bed and dream sweet dreams. Here you will also find the wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and a window. A satellite TV completes the technical equipment. You can relax on the rustic pallet furniture on the sun terrace (south-west facing). In the cold, a modern heating system provides cosy warmth and in the heat, the air conditioning ensures pleasant cooling. Just pay us a visit! The sun terrace faces south-west and is equipped with garden furniture and an awning. The property is enclosed by a hedge and is therefore also ideal for children. Even when it rains, you can relax, cook, barbecue and dry your laundry on the terrace, as it is half covered.
