It offers views of the stunning Obersaxen mountains and is just a few minutes’ walk from the Untermatt chairlift. There are two parking spaces available next to the house. In the basement, there is a storage room where skis, sledge, bicycles etc. can be stored. There is a lovely, sunny seating area. Rufalipark is just a short walk away. In winter it features an ice rink; in summer, a swimming lake, a tennis court, a playground, a fire pit and indoor games available all year round. Pets are permitted on request.
