The studio enjoys an excellent location, just 200 metres from the main beach at Zadar, called Kolovare, and about a 15-minute walk from the historical old town.Cosy studio with a shared pool, a grill and terrace, near the pebbled beach and the historical old town in a picturesque location, where you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the sea, sampling the regional cuisine and relaxing in Medierranean surroundings.The beautifully laid out garden with a shared pool is ideal for all ages. The studios provide direct access to the large terrace with a playground. Three grill areas are available for the shared use of all guests.The complex has five newly renovated (2016) studios for two to four people. The combined living room, bedroom and dining room includes a small but functional kitchen, equipped with all the standard utensils, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, microwave and a two-ring hob. There are two single beds and a sofa bed for two people. Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided. There is a shower room with a WC.The accommodation is quietly situated in the picturesque Arbanasi, with many little alleys and streets. It is just 200 metres from the sea and the beach. A shopping centre, restaurants, a café and the Zadar old town are a 15 to 20-minute walk away. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it is only a five-minute walk to the Zadar bus station.
