Next to the living room is the well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher). A separate toilet is located on the first floor as well. The large patio is accessible through the living room. The second floor has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms with a double bed even has a master bathroom (with tub) and its own large balcony. Crossing this balcony you will reach the two car garage. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds that can be set side-by-side. There is also another bathroom that has a small bathtub and a washer.
