90 km north-west of Helsinki, Salkolanjärvi 300 m (length of 5 km, width 800 m), shallow, hard sand bottom, the village's common shared beach, no jetty, to the beach 800 m by car, rowboat shared with another rental cottage. Access to the lake Salkolanjärvi requires crossing some roads. Log cabin in 2013, kitchen-living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom (shower and toilet), sauna (wood stove), terrace. Water in the tap contains iron, which might cause some smell into water. Owner brings drinking water.
