The villa is surrounded by a large veranda facing the sea, overlooking a large garden and directly on the beach. The master bedroom is spacious and is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an armchair. The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. A hairdryer is available. The village of La Conia has a bar and a restaurant, as well as a sailing club, and is connected to the village of Cannigione by a beautiful pedestrian promenade, a cycle path with exercise equipment.
