Outside you can take a refreshing dip in the private saltwater pool with views of the Mediterranean Sea in the background. The pool measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.50 to 3.50 meters. Next to it, the bar area is perfect for having an aperitif after swimming. In addition, the property has billiards, sauna, gym and children's play area, to spend an entertaining afternoon after spending the morning on the beach. At night, the best plan is to cook a delicious barbecue and enjoy it under the porch next to the house. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors. The stylish interior of the 2-story house has all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. The large living room with kitchen offers Smart TV, satellite channels, and ceramic hob. Still on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. Also on the ground floor we have a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the first floor we have 3 more bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. There is a third bathroom with shower for the rest of this floor. The property is equipped with ducted air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby. The property is located in Portals Nous, a residential area in the south of Mallorca known for its proximity to the impressive Puerto Portals marina, one of the most prestigious in Europe. Here you can find numerous luxury yachts and boats, as well as exclusive shops and fine dining restaurants. In addition, it is a popular destination among golf lovers, as it has several high-quality golf courses nearby. Portals Nous beach is known for its beauty and crystal-clear waters, which invite you to swim, snorkel and other water activities. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
