Huis in Ariany met Zoutwaterzwembad
After an entertaining excursion around the island, you can relax and cool off in the beautiful salt pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.05 to 1.75 meters. The house has a comfortable porch area where you can rest or enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors.
The rooms are distributed along a single floor. The main room is the living room - kitchen - dining room with AC, sat-TV and ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom of the house has a shower. We can prepare a crib and a high chair in case you travel with your baby.
Ariany is a town of great charm and Mallorcan character. It offers basic services for an independent stay and is also an excellent starting point to get to know the entire island: the northern beaches such as Can Picafort, 16 km away; the mountains to the west or the capital, Palma, 50 km from the property.
The upper floor of the house is not available. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
