Maximaal 2 huisdieren/honden toegestaan. - Our holiday complex is located right next to the forest and you can see trees and hear the calming sound of the forest from every point of the complex. In the morning you can see rabbits on the estate, deer can be seen from time to time in winter. - The beautiful sandy beach is only 750m or an 8-10 minute walk away, the first dog beach is approx. 800m away (alternatively there is another one approx. 1400m away) - water sports are available approx. 1600m away at the water sports centre.Note: The unit has just been modernised, a new floor is being laid, a new kitchen installed, new furniture installed and an outdoor whirlpool set up together with a large terrace with comfortable lounge furniture. relax in the beautiful Bay of Lübeck located directly on the forest and only 800m to the beach. In the small holiday complex "Am Walde" (consisting of 10 houses and 5 flats) there is also a dog playground (1.25 m high fence with toys) and of course a children's playground, so that 2 and 4-legged friends can have fun and relax. Our "retro flat" with 2 floors has a bedroom on a closed gallery on the 1st floor with a double bed (1.8x2.0m lying surface) and another bedroom with two single beds (2 sleeping places) under the roof slope. There is also a shower room (with direct access from the double bedroom) and a separate WC on the upper floor. A cosy living room on the ground floor and separate kitchen round off your holiday realm. A private covered terrace with whirlpool is at your disposal, as well as a balcony on the 1st floor.The flat has a cosy covered seating area so that you can have breakfast in peace and enjoy nature even when it rains. You have a great view of the large garden and do not or rarely see your neighbours :)Note: The beautiful holiday complex has just been partially modernised. For all our guests there is a new Finnish sauna...and a hammock between the birch trees for relaxation. (Availability may be limited due to Covid19)In Kellenhusen there is a great beach, forest with wild boar enclosure, forest children's playground & large dog run. Also a sea salt swimming pool and outdoor pool, restaurants, cafes, 1 supermarket, a department store. In Grömitz (only 10-15 minutes by car/bus) there is a spa and numerous shops. In Sierksdorf there is the famous amusement park "Hansapark" (about 20 minutes away) and in Lübeck (about 40 minutes away) is the next big city with a great old town.
