165 km north of Rovaniemi, in the village of Ylläsjärvi, this semi-detached house with electric heating was built in 2004. On the ground floor: combined kitchen/living room with a fireplace (firewood included in the price), dining table for 6-8 people, and a large corner sofa in the living area. There is one bedroom with two beds. The sauna has a continuously ready heater, and there is a bathroom/WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with a double bed, plus a baby cot (travel model) and thin additional mattresses for two. Outdoor area: large terrace, storage/ski waxing room, and heated parking spaces for two cars. Amenities: central vacuum cleaner, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, iron and ironing board, drying cabinet for clothes and equipment, two TVs, video player, and home theater system (DVD). A sled for a small child is available for borrowing from the storage.
