The property is fenced and has five parking spaces directly in front of the holiday home. Pets are very welcome. A free WLAN internet connection is available. You can relax in the neighbouring forest, where numerous amenities await you. There is a barbecue area, a campsite with a tepee, a pond, a dog meadow, a children's playground and places to relax. All of this is available for guests to use free of charge. Depending on your preferences, you can find peace and seclusion here, but also enjoy lively entertainment with attractions in the immediate vicinity. Hiking trails lead directly from the holiday home. Serviced huts can be found in the immediate vicinity. Bathing lakes are within a radius of 50 kilometres and thermal spas are also nearby. The cities of Klagenfurt and Graz are just an hour's drive away. The Klippitz ski area with summer toboggan run and climbing garden is just three kilometres away. The centre of Bad St. Leonhard is ten kilometres away. Grocery shops are nine kilometres away and the nearest restaurant is 400 metres away. The first bedroom for three people has a double bed (200 cm wide) and a single bed (90 cm wide) as well as a sofa, a wardrobe, a TV and a terrace. The second bedroom for four people has two double beds (140 cm wide), a sofa, a wardrobe, a Swedish stove and a TV. The third bedroom for two people has a double bed (200 cm wide) and a wardrobe. The fourth bedroom for two people is furnished with a double bed (140 cm wide), a sofa, a wardrobe, cooking facilities, a TV, a Swedish stove and a terrace. The two bathrooms have a bath and shower. There are also two toilets. The living/dining area is designed for eleven people.
