It has air conditioning, heating, wifi, a kitchen-living room (cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine) with a sofa, satellite TV and safe, two bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and a large terrace with its own barbecue.Further equipment: garden furniture, parasol, garden loungers.Smoking is permitted on the balcony, the terrace and in the garden.Funtana is a tourist resort in the central part of the west coast of Istria. The indented flat coast with its islets is particularly picturesque and therefore very attractive to tourists. Apart from a good catering offer, Funtana also has sports and leisure facilities. All types of water sports (sailing, diving, water skiing) and well-marked cycling routes are particularly popular.The small and cosy town of Vrsar, where the famous heartbreaker Casanova spent part of his time, is 3 km away and Poreč with its Euphrasian complex, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997, is only 6 km away, as are many interesting towns such as Rovinj, one of the most romantic tourist towns on the Adriatic, or Pula with its numerous Roman monuments. The medieval town of Motovun and the artists' town of Grožnjan, as well as many other small towns in the heart of Istria, can be reached within an hour's drive.
