A pleasant and well-planned holiday home in a quiet cottage area. Within easy reach is the long, child-friendly beach. The area is surrounded by forest with lovely walking paths. There are cycle paths to both Båstad and Mellbystrand The house has one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is well-equipped. The spacious living room has comfortable seating, a TV and a dining area. At the entrance there is a covered terrace. The plot is surrounded by greenery. Nearby is Skummeslövstrand's summer center with a shop, restaurants and cafes. There is also a heated outdoor pool. To the north is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. There is also a popular leisure and exercise area. Discover the Bjäre peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the lovely tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and visit the cold bathhouse. Just north of Båstad lies Norrviken Gardens, a popular tourist destination. Laholm is only a short drive away. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here, the Lagan River winds around the city and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. There are also several wonderful hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. To the north, you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Laholm Golf Club is closest to you. The cottage is not rented to youth groups.
