You can catch glimpses of the sea from the kitchen window and parts of the garden. It is the perfect accommodation for those seeking tranquility, proximity to nature and swimming, and a delightful Swedish summer cottage atmosphere. A canoe is available for your use. Please bring your own life jackets. The house sits on a large plot with plenty of space for play, relaxation, and socializing. There are covered outdoor seating areas with furniture at both the front and back of the house. Inside, there is a kitchen with a small dining area and a spacious, pleasant living room with access to the front deck. The main house has two bedrooms: one equipped with two single beds and the other with a single bed. The house features an older-style bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The guest cabin contains a 120 cm wide bed, suitable for one person or two people comfortable sleeping close together. Lighting fires in the house's fireplaces—whether indoors or outdoors—is not permitted. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. There are two swimming spots within the cottage area. For those looking for larger beaches, Fågelsudd is also nearby. Here, days can easily be filled with swimming, walks, excursions, and lazy moments in the garden. You are close to Kalmar, which offers a wide range of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Restaurants and shops can also be found closer by in Rockneby and Ålem. This is the perfect place for those who appreciate proximity to the sea, a large garden, and the authentic feel of a Swedish summer home—offering the chance to both relax on the property and explore the local area.
