Es gibt eine offene Küche in Verbindung mit dem Wohnzimmer mit u.a. Holzofen und TV Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man hinaus auf eine teilweise überdachte Terrassenfläche mit Gartenmöbeln, Liegestühlen und Grillmöglichkeit. Nur etwa 5 Minuten zum Sandstrand und zum Stadtzentrum von Nykøbing Sjælland mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Man fährt ca. 10 Autominuten zum Sommerland Sjælland, zum Golfplatz oder nach Rørvig.
