Welcome to a cozy, family-friendly holiday home on the southernmost coast of Skåne! You will be staying on a quiet street within walking distance of the beach, a golf course, the harbor, and restaurants in charming Abbekås. One of the house's highlights is the lovely view of the Abbekås golf course—a particularly beautiful sight at sunset on a summer evening. The house features spacious living areas and an open-plan layout. The spacious downstairs living room boasts a high, vaulted ceiling and accommodates both a comfortable seating area and a dining table. There is also a wall-mounted, swivel TV that can easily be turned to face either the sofa or the dining area. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed for two. The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals together easy, and the private terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and a charcoal grill. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical utility entrance with ample storage and a combined washer/dryer. After a day by the sea or on the golf course, a relaxing session in the sauna is highly recommended. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a second living area featuring a sofa bed for two. From here, you also have a view down into the airy living room below. A large bathroom with a bathtub completes the upper floor. Ystad is the nearest town offering a wide range of shopping, restaurants, and services, while Skivarp has a grocery store stocked with essentials. Beaches line the entire coast, accompanied by numerous delightful attractions—featuring art, handicrafts, and farm shops—from early spring through autumn. The sea, swimming, golf, fine dining, and the idyllic charm of a small Skåne town—all within easy reach.
