Welcome to this beautiful holiday home located in Källa, right by Ölands Golf Club on North Öland, built in 2021, really breathes freshness and here you have all the amenities you need. In the open kitchen you have plenty of space to prepare nice meals, here you have most of what you need and a dishwasher. The house has large living areas with a dining table, kitchen island and a comfortable sofa group to lean back in with a TV. The house offers 4 nice bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with a single bed each and one with a bunk bed. The nicely tiled bathroom with underfloor heating has a toilet, shower and washing machine. Outside, you have a large patio deck at the back with a dining set, sun loungers and a grill. There is also a patio with lounge furniture at the front. Located next to Ölands Golf Club with its 18-hole course and the popular restaurant Källa Mat & Café, the area also offers scenic walking paths and the Ölandsleden trail. In summer, don’t miss Källa Glassgård for its famous ice cream. The west coast is 2.5 km away and the east coast 4 km, with excellent swimming at Sandbybadet and its sandy dunes. Löttorp (4 km) offers dining and shopping, with a cycling path connecting the area, and four simple bicycles are available for guest use. Explore North Öland’s beaches, farm shops, cafés, pebble shores at Byxelkrok, sandy Böda Beach, and family favorite Lådbilslandet. Note: No parties are allowed in the house. No pets allowed. Not allowed to charge electric cars.
