Here you’ll find a large heated swimming pool (3.3 x 6 x 1.4 meters) with a water slide and counter-current system – perfect for both play and exercise. Afterwards, you can unwind in the hot tub or enjoy the heat of the sauna. The house is designed with comfort and privacy in mind, ensuring everyone gets a good night’s sleep and a relaxed start to the day. The spacious bedrooms are bright and cozy, featuring comfortable beds and practical storage, so you can easily settle in and feel at home. Outside, the house offers two terraces, allowing you to enjoy both sun and shelter throughout the day. The southeast-facing terrace is perfect in the morning, where you can sit at the table-bench set and enjoy your coffee or a leisurely breakfast in the sun. The terrace is also partially covered and equipped with two charcoal grills, creating the perfect setting for long summer evenings. The garden is a true paradise for children, with a swing set, sandbox, trampoline, and football goal. As a practical bonus, the house includes two charging options for electric vehicles – both a modern and a traditional connector. The holiday home is located in the attractive Houstrup area, close to Henne Strand and Nymindegab, where the waves of the North Sea, wide sandy beaches, forests, and cycling routes create the perfect setting for your holiday. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable shed. This is not just a holiday home – it’s the setting for unforgettable vacation memories. A caretaker is associated with the property, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.
