Welcome to a nice holiday home in northern Öland – perfect for those looking for peace, proximity to the sea and plenty of space for the whole family. The house is located near Böda, close to the wonderfully undulating and extensive sandy beach in the well-known Böda Bay. You have a house of 85 square meters with an accompanying guest cottage of 15 square meters. There are large verandas in three directions where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening – and also with a glimpse of the sea. In the main building there is a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. The living room invites you to socialize with an open fireplace for cozy evenings in the sofa group or at the dining area. In the large house there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two with a 120cm bed each. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. In the guest cottage there are two more beds (80cm bed + 120cm) - perfect for guests who want a little extra privacy. Both houses are non-smoking and are located on a large, secluded and child- and animal-friendly garden plot with plenty of space for play, games and summer activities. Within easy reach are a swimming area, restaurant and shop. Northern Öland offers nature at its most beautiful - with miles of white sandy beaches, calming nature and well-known excursion destinations. Within a short distance are the popular Böda Sand, natural beaches with fine-grained sand and Byrum with its mighty rauks. For those who are keen on golf, there are several golf courses in the vicinity. For excursions, there are 3-4 loan bicycles in varying condition. The accommodation is not rented to youth groups or parties. Charging of electric cars is not permitted. Towels and bed linen are not included. A perfect accommodation for those who want to enjoy a quiet, comfortable and nature-friendly holiday on Öland.
