Our houses are located on the island of Karsibór which belongs to Świnoujście. There is a new tunnel connection to the city centre, so you can be in the city centre in just 20 minutes and enjoy the 3 available beaches on the Baltic Sea. Karsibór is a charming island belonging to Swinoujscie's 44 islands and is one of the greenest islands in Swinoujscie. Our island has a beautiful promenade with access to the Swina River, trails and cycle paths that provide excellent communication with the rest of the city. Restaurants with fresh fish :) as well as camping and barbecue areas and a canoeing marina.The year-round house Orla Chata I is heated by a fireplace. The cottage has three separate bedrooms, 2 and 3 on the first floor, making a total of 7 people able to stay overnight. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a lounge area, consisting of a living room with a fireplace connected to an open kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The following are available to guests in each cottage: TV channels in Polish and German, home cinema, board games. The kitchen is equipped with a pressure coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, dishes and pots necessary for preparing meals. The cottage is entered through a covered terrace, which is a place to relax where you can use the grill and smoke a cigarette. On the plot, there are places to park a car and a mini playground for children. The area around the cottages is fenced with a separate entrance from Warzywna Street. Orla Chata I is a maritime cottage, the walls are lined with plasterboard, painted in maritime colours.Fully equipped Kitchen, pots, plates, glasses, fridge with freezer and 2 burner gas cooker. Microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, toaster. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer.Mezzanine has 4 mattresses, duvets and pillows for sleeping, bedside lamp.Living room table +4 chairs, dresser, tv. dvd. Records, toys board games for children. Fold out sofa, ironing board and iron.On the outside there is a terrace, 4 chairs and a table, barbecue at your disposal, beach chairs, parasol and windbreak. 500 m2 of land, children's playground and trampoline.In each cottage there is a cot and a highchair for children, as well as other toys to make your children's time more pleasant.The cottage is located close to the Rzecki Stream, a tributary of the Swina River, with a beautiful view of the Natura 2000 nature reserve. To the Baltic Sea beach approx. 16 km, to the lagoon beach approx. 5 km, Restaurant 2 km, Canoeing harbour approx. 2 km, Picnic area approx. 3 km. Lots of biking trails and nature reserves. Water equipment rental Marina approx. 2 km.
